When ConQuest fails to start without any error message, it is often an issue with your graphics driver which we have particularly noticed with Radeon cards. To verify this, run ConQuest from the command line with the -no3d option. If it works then the problem is likely to be your graphics driver.
C:\Users\USERNAME\ccdc-software\conquest\exe\csds.exe -no3d
Updating your driver to the latest version from the AMD website may resolve this issue.
